Description

Albuquerque, NM, private eye Bubba Mabry is back in action, with the usual hilarious results. In TROUBLE TOWN, his 10th outing, Bubba gets hired to be a security guard for a private poker game. When the game gets robbed, a local racketeer demands that Bubba track down the robbers and retrieve the stolen valuables. Meanwhile, Bubba's wife, newspaper reporter Felicia Quattlebaum, is investigating a crooked land deal, and it looks like some of the poker players may be involved. It's never good for Bubba when his bumbling investigations intersect with Felicia's reporting, but this time it could get him killed. Bubba Mabry has been delighting mystery audiences since he first appeared in LONELY STREET in 1994.
