Description

As Governor Quantrall labors over legislation for stiffer penalties for domestic violence, The Blackmore Agency is hit with a rash of crimes. A wealthy heiress winds up dead in her own home under mysterious circumstances. This sets off a chain of events that lead to the Lieutenant-Governor of Texas.
