Description

A serial killer uses the State parks in Texas as a dumping ground for his kills. Governor Quantrall urges the Violent Crime Squad to apprehend the killer before the FBI and their profiler storm into Texas and take over the case. In order to speed things up, Chief Calhoun recalls Ranger Gillette Hart, a serial killer specialist, to work on the case and her presence sends Farrell Donovan and his cousin Tommy into a frenzy.
