Ethan Baudin abandoned police work in the midst of corruption and cover up at the Cheyenne PD. Now living in Venice, California, he thinks that life is gone forever. Then his old partner, Kyle Dixon, now chief of police, shows up at his doorstep, asking for his help. A killer is loose in Cheyenne that brutally murders young women and leaves their bodies in public. The crime scenes are clean, and with no evidence to work off of, Dixon is growing more desperate.
