Description

Elves are tall, elegant and perfect in every way, cultivating their magic in the enchanted Twilight Lands. One day, they discover that a Sylvan Tree has formed a dirty little Dryad. Phew. They don’t want her. She’s sent to scrubbing floors while they decide where to send her so she doesn’t embarrass them with her stupidities. Lonely and rejected as if she’s nothing but a weed, Phade escapes into Fimbinella’s Woods. She’s been secretly learning, and she hopes to make a bow from a living branch of the Lorelai Tree. It’s the start of Phade’s new and exciting existence as a free Dryad archer. She meets talking wolves and learns the bitter truth about Elves, the Twilight Lands and that there are other Dryads like her. Now the Elves are hunting her as she tries to free the other so-called rejects. Can Phade beat the Elves at their own game, or are they simply too good for her and her wolves?
