The Hunter Legacy Prequels Books
Please Note: This story is also part of book 10 of The Hunter Legacy series, The Long Road to Gaia. Thirteen doesn't like humans. The last thing he wants is to be assigned a mission to babysit them. Given a choice, he'd happily let them blow themselves up, after he saved all the cats first. Exactly how humans could ever have anything to do with galaxy wide consequences is completely beyond his ability to understand. When asked to perform an intervention, there was always freewill to choose not to. But in this case, does he really have a choice? This is a 5000 word short story, set in The Hunter Imperium universe as a prequel story. Originally released as a stand alone story, it was subsequently included in The Long Road to Gaia, book 10 of The Hunter Legacy series. It is made available once again as a taste test for anyone who wishes to read a short story set in that universe, without needing to get a full novel to do so. Please Note: This book was released as a stand alone story, and subsequently used as a movie in Crossover: It's a Jon Hunter Thing, Book 1 in The Hunter Imperium series. Suzy is 12, and every night she chats online with her friend. But strange things start happening after each chat. Things which bring great change in Australia, and out in the world. But who would want to talk to a 12 year old about such things? Suzy starts to form a theory, but she knows no-one is going to believe her. Besides, its fun to ask someone, "Was that you?" This is a stand alone short story, from an off-hand 'what if?' thought, and should not be taken too seriously. There is no implied time period, and it was only after The Hunter Imperium series began, this book was revealed to be part of The Hunter Legacy universe. Non Player Character Player Headquarters Gil Motoli is an unemployed crewman, down on his luck.
