End of the World - Episode 1: Nineteen-year old Claudia Sheeplord is aboard an airplane flying to Denver when she discovers that all attempts to destroy the Death Asteroid before it hits Earth have failed. While still in the air, one of the asteroid masses hits Earth. The sky turns dark, full of particles. When Claudia lands, chaos has flooded the airport. She makes a promise to her new friend, a 13-year old tinkerer named Benjamin Willoby, and together they must fight their way through the destruction and find their own means of survival before it's too late.
After the Death Asteroid strikes Earth, Claudia is stranded on a rooftop near Denver International Airport surrounded by the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean. She and four other misfits have managed to escape the wrath of destruction and must now put the pieces back together. Are there any other survivors? With no choice but to return to DIA, they find a group of survivors led by Dorian Lennox, the former head of security who has put himself in charge. Claudia butts heads with Dorian, who claims he is trying to protect her. He'll wish she were dead as the Dark Days unfold.
After Claudia and Ben stumble upon Dorian's secret, they are taken prisoner. Food and supplies are running low and Dorian’s ultimate goal is survival of the race – and fittest. Claudia is smart and able to buy time – time to meet a group of survivors in Denver – and possibly the love of her life. But loyalty calls her back to the shelter to save her friends. Plans to reunite with the other survivors are thwarted as she's forced into a caravan to seek out a food source and shed the dead weight. When they stumble upon another group of survivors, someone will have blood on their hands!
