Description

When a lowly mill worker is found drowned inside a paving slab, Captain James Owen is called in to solve the case. Set in the Somersetshire mill town of Frome, Owen must find the murderer before he ends up dead. A breathless romp through a steampunk version of reality, where nothing is as it seems.
