Description

The Dancer is back with two novellas set in the Empire of the One. In "Just Following Orders" Rael is contemplating the necessity of creative compliance while she investigates the reasons for the orders. And keeps and eye on Xen while he "helps" remodel her house. And then preparations for "A Small Family Wedding" do not go smoothly. Rael has to investigate an attempted murder while her sister finally gets around to marrying the cop she's been dating for so long.
