Bodies in Bonny Doon is taken from "Santa Cruz Weird." Both Body Language and The Pool Guy are fabricated from things that have happened to Nancy as an Airbnb host and a CZU Fire survivor. Georgie is from "Santa Cruz Ghost Stories" and is mostly true. The stories are not related to anything else Nancy Lynn Jarvis has written, but they will give you a sense of her writing style and her ever so slightly warped sense of humor.
