One of the most important consequences of the temporary disappearance of the Time Literary Supplement , at the time of the Times Newspapers dispute, was the London Review of Books . This fortnightly review, run in its early months in tandem with the New York Review of Books and then independently, has attracted writing of exceptional weight and brilliance.
