Hailey is starting to get the hang of this whole work/life balance thing. She is taking on more responsibility as the mate of the vampire king of the United States like working with the vampire council to form a task force to go after rogues—another branch of the Bond Girl Agency. Despite the extra enforcement role, her schedule has freed up enough that she's able to go to Milan to help clean out the personal effects of the evil former council members. Nothing could go wrong with that right? [Insert evil vampire laugh] Hailey and crew accidentally awaken an immortal power bent on punishing the world for her imprisonment. Now they must find a way to not only find said mega-evil, but stop her. Easy-peasy, right?
