Every summer my parents drag my sister and me to a lake house in the middle of nowhere, Wisconsin. Every summer my only form of entertainment is to ogle Miles Winters and count ceiling tiles while I mark off days on the calendar until school starts again. The last thing I expected during my last summer before college was to somehow fall in with the cool kids. Actually, the last thing I expected was for Miles to suddenly notice me. It doesn’t make any sense the way he’s looking at me and coming around to hang out every day. I don’t understand it, but I have the feeling this just might turn out to be the best summer of my life. **This is a short (~10k words), low angst, YA romance.

A long weekend at my parents’ lake house to celebrate the end of the school year has been a tradition for my friends and me since we were sixteen. But this year it isn’t just any school year ending, it’s our college graduation, and I’ve decided there’s no time like the present to finally tell my best friends the truth I’ve kept from them for years. What I care most about is how my best friend, Dante, will feel. Not that I think he’ll return the ridiculous feelings I’ve been harboring for him, but a guy can hope, right? When a leaky ceiling drives Dante from his own bed into mine, the night might end up getting a lot more interesting than I expected. This is a steamy short story (~11k words) featuring first times, finally requited love, and late-night shenanigans.

I’ve been in love with my best friend for almost as long as I can remember. The only problem is he’s straight. At least I thought he was. But when he gets me to Fiji for Christmas, he’s suddenly looking at me in a way I’ve never seen before. Could this all be real, or is he just HoliGay?

My family’s empty beach house, my older brother’s best friend, and a long, hot summer ahead… I thought I’d be spending my summer all alone at the beach house, writing a new book with the perfect backdrop. No family, no distractions, and definitely no long-buried crushes popping up out of nowhere to strut around all sweaty and gorgeous. It wouldn’t be so bad if most of the house weren’t under renovation, leaving us with just one bedroom to share… and, of course, just the one bed. I’ve written enough smutty romance novels to know we only have one choice. We’re going to have to bang. Just once, to get it out of our systems. I don’t make the rules, but I’ll happily follow them. I just hope my brother isn’t too mad when he finds out how we’re spending our summer…
