When you’re dealing with paranormal experiments labeled “Banshee” and “Night Walker” you have to believe things are going to get worse before they get better. Sloan returns to New Hope a victor but at what cost? A death of one of their own weighs heavy on her shoulders. But things are about to get a lot worse, as in, the first ever werewolf is one of her friends, worse. Trying to understand his new “condition” leads down a twisted rabbit hole to a group called the Order. A secret faction of elite citizens in New Hope who have taken it upon themselves to create the perfect soldiers, or what history will soon call, vampires. Joined by her friends, Sloan fights against this new threat. But there can be no victory without sacrifice. Chalking up a win may mean Sloan transforming into something this world is only beginning to understand.
