Description

Humans and the larger, more powerful Klethos have been engaged in a limited war for over a century, using gladiatorial combat to determine the fate of worlds. The status quo is upset, however, when a far more dangerous foe appears in the galaxy.Humanity is torn on whether it should attempt address the threat or try and stay out of any conflict. The United Assembly of Man forms a combined task force to assess the situation.Lance Corporal Hondo McKeever, a United Federation Marine, and FS12 Skylar Ybarra, an up-and-coming xenopsychologist, are both assigned to the Federation’s contribution to the task force. Coming from two different walks of life, performing two different missions, each must find a way to contribute to defeating an enemy that threatens humanity’s very existence.
