A big brother computer system called ‘Dick’ watches every move. The state is now known as The United Sovereignty of Texas. Suffice to say it’s a little bit different there. Thomas Stein is a journalist in the United States. He embarks on a quest to the new country of Texas. In an interview style book, speaking to those who left and those who stayed, he gives you a detailed look at what it is like to live in Texas after the secession.
