The name of Hau’Rax is whispered with fear across much of the Forest of Echoes and the Forgotten Lowlands, and the warchief of the Blackskull clan is infamous even further afield across Tir-Dagrau. In battle there are few warriors more savage nor more disdainful of the enemy, but it was not always the case. Hau’Rax started life as the eighteenth child of a simple worm farmer, summoned to fight when the Wildmoon clan launched several raids into the Blackskull hunting grounds in the time of chieftain Ka’Raz. Sent off with the rest of the juveniles to seek out the camp of the Wildmoon reavers, Hau’Rax’s life is about the change for ever. The first in a series of short stories and novels that delve into the mysterious and dangerous world of Tir-Dagrau.
