But Slade assuages all her fears with a simple act. Thomas is trying to fight the desire he has for his secretary, but it’s becoming more difficult. Theo is determined to make amends for his behavior toward his brother, so he stops by the office again with a bag of cookies and an apology. Thomas is angry, but he finally stops fighting. Slade and Trinity spend their honeymoon in paradise, but the vacation doesn’t go exactly as planned. Slade realizes Trinity won’t be taking his last name, and when he takes a look at their bank account, he’s surprised by a sudden change in funds. Sean and Scarlet decide to sell the house so they can move on from the devastation that infected their lives like a disease. But they aren’t looking forward to telling the kids what happened.
