Description

A vicious gang of juvenile offenders rampages through Harrison County, terrorizing innocent citizens as they jack vehicles and steal wallets. But their crimes escalate to a horrifying new level when they start brutally attacking people and collecting weapons. As Sheriff Travis Frost and his Deputy are both temporarily disabled, it falls on newly sworn-in deputies, Harlan and Tammy to bear the heavy burden of bringing these teenage outlaws to justice before more lives are lost.
