Description

A faint suspicion causes Biggles to check up on the activities of an ex-RAF officer now engaged in the package holiday tour business. Ginger travels down to Nice to investigate, but is attacked and then disappears. What underhand activities are going on under cover of the travel business? Biggles sets off on the trail of the gang whose leader is known by the black mask he wears.
