He's got the number one overnight radio talk show in Milwaukee and now there's been rumors he's moving on to a big network job in Chicago. Every night he shows up to rail against his political foes and argue with callers. The city, meanwhile, is in the grip of fear as the man the press has dubbed The Milwaukee Ripper has been sneaking into homes, kidnapping women, torturing them and dismembering them. It's terrifying the city, but perfect fodder for Jack to scream against local city government. But tonight, something is going to happen when Jack answers a phone call. He says he's the Ripper.
