At Animal Ark, Mandy Hope helps her parents treat animals of all shapes and sizes. Even outside the clinic, Mandy can't resist helping any animal in need. Valentine's Day will be busy for Mandy and James this year. They've just met India Arqueete, who's moved to Welford with her Burmese kitten, Todd, who just won't stay out of trouble. Mandy offers to help teach India how to manage Todd's behavior, but must do so before Mrs. Arquette decides he's too rambunctious to keep!
